Taft House Admission Policy

Taft House accepts individuals with drug and/or alcohol dependencies who are clean and sober, at least 18 years of age, not a danger to themselves or to others and who are ambulatory & can take care of themselves. Prospective clients must be involved a 12 step program of their choice and be active in their recovery.

Taft House will not deny member ship to anyone on the basis of race, ethnic background, national origin, creed, religious affiliation, marital status or sexual orientation.

Taft House members are required to maintain their admission requirements throughout their stay and submit to random testing and adhere to Taft House Rules.

Taft House members who have been terminated may reapply after five days and will be treated as a new member.
